Egypt storm unleashes scorpion swarm, stings 450, kills 3

According to several sources  dated Nov. 13, 2021, extreme weather in Egypt caused a bunch of scorpions to emerge from their nest, stinging hundreds of people in the southern city of Aswan and killing three individuals. Officials from Egypt's Ministry of Health told the BBC that at least 450 individuals were stung by scorpions on Friday. Three people died as a result of the injuries, according to Sky News. Scorpions and snakes have been forced to leave the ground due to torrential rain, hail, and sandstorms near the Nile, according to Sky News.
